Do you need to be flexible to practice Yoga?
This is a misconception that we always heard, but Yoga does not expect you to back bend and catch your ankle or stand on your hand on the first class, Yoga as therapy in fact never expect practitioner to perform challenging pose, but depending on body structure to achieve the ultimate benefit of the pose.
Do you have to wear particular outfit?
Wear something comfortable that allow you to move, that doesn’t restrict movement and you will not worry about wardrobe malfunction during out the practice.
